Salsa, Salsa, & Margarita
This was a fabulous afternoon! Another tour taken by my mother and I on a sunny April afternoon. The bottom line is, if you like Margaritas, Mexican cuisine, and dancing Salsa, you will love this one! Even beginning cooks and dancers can have fun here. The trip begins at a resort not far from the port. The event is set up on an outdoor, covered patio on the beach. You learn how to make three types of margarita (they continually refill your glass, so it's difficult to say how much you are really drinking) and 7 salsas! They also bring taquitos, chips, and quesadillas to help you balance the alcohol to food ratio! After the cooking segment they will teach you how to dance salsa! There is an option to stay at the resort and use the pool, be transported downtown for shopping, or back to the port for your ship. We chose to hang by the pool. We had a good time exploring the resort and went back to our ship after an hour or two. Check out our fabulous time in the photos below.

Segway Adventure
I took this tour with my mom a couple of years ago. Our Segway adventure started off on a very rainy day. The guides explained that if it were too wet we could not continue the tour for safety reasons. We sat through a 20 minute orientation video explaining the safety mechanisms and how to ride. The rain lightened up and we began the tour. Then we practiced riding around a small track to ensure we could ride the Segways. We rode for 30 minutes to the Fiesta Americana resort. From there we put on our snorkel gear and explored the crystal clear waters of Cozumel. After 30 minutes of snorkeling we headed back to the main campus. We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this tour to anyone looking for an easy and fun day.
