My dad suggested that we tour the Dallas Cowboys stadium, so we thought it would be a neat experience. He has been a couple times with other family members when they come in to town to visit.
Of course our day started with a hiccup, my son had his first diaper blow out in the car on the way there. We then found out that I left the extra clothes in the suit case in our hotel room. So... You may notice a diaper-only baby in some photos!

Throughout the tour, the guide will stop and tell you all sorts of neat facts and figures about the stadium. It is a very impressive place. I was shocked to learn that the side walls actually open up, they are really giant doors, not walls! They were very accommodating to us being that we had a stroller to cart my son around. The guide brought us over to elevators that were convenient for the tour without making it seem like we were being a nuisance.
Even if you hate the Dallas Cowboys I highly recommend visiting the stadium if you are in town.
Our tour guide left us with the following parting words, just as he let us out on the the field: "Why did Jerry Jones build a stadium with a retractable roof? So god could watch his favorite team play!"
